This seminar series invites you to in depth conversations about the future not as something we passively wait for but as something we can actively help shape. Across a series of thematic sessions we explore futures methodologies, innovation processes and co creation as tools to navigate uncertainty, uncover new opportunities and build sustainable solutions.

We bring together researchers, practitioners, decision makers and engaged citizens in dialogues where diverse perspectives meet with the aim of both inspiring and equipping participants to take the next step in their own future focused work.

Join us at The Pot for the morning session and stay for lunch. No prior attendance is required to participate in any session.

Spaces are limited so register now.

The event is free but registration is required.

The sessions will be held in English.

You are welcome to participate, contribute and help shape the future together.

Anticipology: How organisations navigate when traditional plans stop working 🧿

In a world obsessed with planning, organisational success is often expected to follow a clear path. But in reality, plans do not always work and the future is rarely predictable. Many organisations find themselves stuck, unsure of where to go next or how to move forward.

Anticipology introduces a new way of thinking about the future. It is a theory about how organisations can navigate uncertainty, rethink problems and discover new paths for development when the traditional roadmap no longer applies.

Anticipology explores how leaders and organisations can move through the unknown, identify opportunities within uncertainty, and build the mindset needed to take their organisations further.

This perspective is especially relevant today, when many organisations are searching for new ways to remain innovative, and attractive in a rapidly changing market.

🎉 Join us on 12 March at 10:30 in the Green Room at The Pot to hear from Tech Concept Lab, explore the future of AI, and gain insights that may change the way you think about intelligence, organisations, and the future.
